Nova XP started with a question that had no visual answer: what does a football club look like when its community lives primarily in the digital world?

Developed at Elisava with real feedback from Kings League, the project built a complete identity system for the Fantasy Players — gamers, anime fans, collectors — a community football has spent decades ignoring visually.

The core art direction decision wasn't choosing an aesthetic. It was rejecting three. What remained was Arcadia: futuristic but not cold, digital but tactile, fantastical without medieval references. Definition by exclusion was the most important creative operation in the project.
